    Customer service needs a tune up. My recliner was broken so I couldn't enjoy the extra comfort I paid for and when I mentioned the problem (quite politely) to staff afterwards, no compensation was made. A simple discount on my next movie would have been appropriate. So besides staff not really giving a dathe actual cinema is quite luxurious.

    Great cinemas. Very comfy seats. Great sound. Great picture. Way, way, way too many ads before feature. Some sound spill from adjacent theatres. No row visible markings/labels on seat rows makes for confusing and embarrassing seat finding for all. Overall pretty good though. (Did I mention way to many ads?!)
